A lovely area that's close to the town centre, theatre and butterfly farm. Just across the river from the recreational grounds where you can do activities like mini golf or rowing. A good area for a picnic or a short walk along the canal or river. Not ideal in bad weather conditions though due to the lack of shelter/indoor space.
I come here with my family it's a lovely place to explore and relax at.. there is also loads of restaurants and shops to explore.

Interesting little place. The gardens can be skipped if on a time crunch. They are beautiful gardens, but not a highlight of what Stratford Upon Avon offers overall.
Warm welcome and explanation about the deeds to the house. Interesting 15 minute talk by young guide very engaging. Mulberry from the rumoured descendant of Shakespeare's mulberry tree was tasty ;)

Plenty of things to do for your kids and you. Great day outdoor. Highly recommended.
Good park, lots to do, including swimming pool, outdoor gym equipment and nearby restaurant
